Description

The wine comes from a more than 30-year-old vineyard on the Stará hora line. The aroma is intense, complex, pleasantly influenced by 12 months of maturation in noble wood from Slavonian oak. Aroma of cream-vanilla with a hint of overripe pear. The taste is creamy, laid out, slightly warm with a hint of cream, butter toast and butter pear. Pinot blanc with archiving potential.

Pinot Blanc is best served with fish, smoked or blue cheeses.
